How do I get this option at bootup

How do I get this option at bootup manually?

Please select the operating System to operate

To choose amongst multiple operating systems, you would need to first install another OS. Linux distros include a bootloader that will let you choose the OS when you bootup.

At one time I had an option to chose a repair consul. That's what I'm looking for.

I think you need to boot the xp cd to get that screen.

If you want the console as a boot option, you have to install the console on the hard drive.
