Adjusting the printout size of pictures & images.

How can you adjust the size of a picture/image to be printed using the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer?
Can you specify the exact printout dimensions of the picture?

You need to use something like Irfanview
http://www.irfanview.net/
that will allow you to pick custom size for printing
