DST(Daylight Savings Time

I have windows 2000 OS on my PC. Should I be worry about DST(Daylight Savings Time Changes)
Also I have windows NT 4.00 OS on the server
. How to update or download fix for both of them.

If you have automatic updates turned on it may already be installed. Mine was installed a month ago update # KB931836.

No automatic updates for 2000 or NT. Here's the one I use:
