STARTUP: which one to delete

hi guys i have a question:
on startup folder i have 2 messenger icon ...1 from windows and the other from MSN.
i use msn browser and internet eplorer too....so which one do i have to delete.

You don't need either one in the startup. If you delete them from there, your not deleting the program, just deleting them from starting all the time when windows start up which is a good thing. Other wise just delete whichever one from there that you do not want to run all the time.
