annoying problem is task scheduler

Hello,

WindowsXP home sp2

I am trying to set up some scheduled tasks on my friend's computer. Every time i finish it i receive an error as follows

The new task has been created, but may not run because the account information could not be set.
Error: 0x80070005
Try using the task page Browse button to locate the application.

I've tried looking it up on microsoft's page but can never find what i am looking for.
