Windows ME Splash Screen Question

Is there a way to control the size of the Windows ME splash screen?I noticed that mine isn't fullscreen anymore.Any help is greatly appreciated.Thank You very much!

If you are using a laptop, you need to enable display stretch in the bios. It's a VGA screen.
