lag issues
Hi, my computer suffers from a lag issue with every program especially internet and games. I have ventrilo running in the background of a game or internet browser, I might have mIRC in the background instead of ventrilo, so I usually switch back and forth. Recently, after Ive switched to ventrilo or IRC, switching back to my main program has become a hassle. The main program feeds me a cL_flushentitypacket on some games, some games just lag and becomes unplayable, and internet browser lags uncontrollably. I end up having to exit these programs from task manager and execute them again. This was never an issue with me, I could switch from program to program without any error messages or lag. Does anyone have any Idea what the problem is?

Have you scanned for viruses and spyware?

Yes, I scanned>defragged> and scanned again.
