Help & Support Center takes 4-5 minutes to open
Hi. I was wondering if some can give me some info. I am using XP and my Help & Support Center takes 4-5 minutes to open. I can't figure it out. The only thing I tried was defragging and it didn't help. If anyone can give me some suggestions I would really appreciate it.

What are your computer specifications (RAM, Processor etc.)? Defragmenting should have worked but it could be because of your RAM or processor. Also, is this computer custom built or name brand?
