DCPromo, w2k and 98 desktops

scooby Member (9 bit) Join Date: May 2001 Location: Florida Posts: 484	DCPromo, w2k and 98 desktops i'm having a problem with windows 98 logging into the server. I've read about the SAM corruption so i removed AD and ran DCpromo again and added a user. From the 98 box i still can't log in. I can however log in from the 95 box. I removed the novell client and windows client then reinstalled the windows client. I can ping the server, I'm getting my IP address from the server, the server can ping me but i can't sign in.
