Various Weird Problems

Hi:
I have a few very odd problems with my Windows XP installation. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about these:

1.) I emptied my recycle bin, and it seemed to do it 3 times (once for each drive), but for some reason on my D and E drives (separate hard drives), when I use SpaceMonger to view the drive, "Recycler" is still present and appears to have lots of stuff in it.

2.) I'm not sure what caused this. But when I view various folders, it tends to be ones with movies in them, I get a debugger coming up. I can just ignore it and continue navigating and even open the files, although eventually keeping the Debugger open starts to act up. I tried removing the debugger in the registry, but this messed everything up. So I can switch it to open the Calculator or something as a debugger, but I don't know why Windows is calling the debugger in the first place.

3.) This one is really odd. When I boot up windows and choose a user, it stays on the blue screen for about 10 seconds saying it's loading my settings, and then it loads the desktop image, and my mouse is there, I can even Alt-Ctrl-Del and get the task manager, but it takes about a minute for the rest of my desktop, taskbar, programs, etc to load. This doesn't always happen, but it's fairly common. I'm completely lost

4.) Okay this is a stupid one, but how do you get the playlist menu back in Media Player 11? I accidentally hid it and can't get it back.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks,
Graeme

I'm pretty sure the playlist menu is gone in WMP 11, at least I couldn't find it. So I went back to 10.

I'm 90% sure it was there, because I remember hiding it. I was trying to do something else and ended up hiding it, then I couldn't find anywhere to show it again.
