Xp Reinstall

Hello

I am going to attempt to reinstall windows xp home, I no longer have the motherboard disk, is there a free download site available ? It is an Asus A7V 266 -C REV 1.XX.Would this include the sound drivers ? I have saved all the document I would like to keep any other suggestions as far as what I should be aware of ,since I am wiping the drive clean? After reinstall will i be required to register xp again, there will be no hardware changes .

Thanks for any help

Support.asus.com has everything you need.

You will have to *activate* (not register) XP again, this will be painless.
