Corrupt Windows Installer I think
Last week I was installing a new program (can't remember which one) but any way it went bad. I stopped it during mid stream. Now every time I start up my PC a windows installer window pops up and goes away like 3 times.. I went and uninstalled windows installer hopping it would solve the problem, but it still persist.. What and where can I find away to clean up this mess hiding in hyper PC some where. I tried cc cleaner, but that didn't help.. I figured it is a problem in the registry some where, but don't know what other program to use to solve it.. Thanks

I dsiable system restore I never found a use for it.. The last time I used it some programs had to be reinstalled, not worth it...
