Question Edit Right Click Options?

Does ANYONE know how to, or know if the option is available to, edit the options that come up when you "right click" on a file? Also how to edit the "send to" file option?
There HAS to be a way, but I just don't know what it is, and can't seem to find the right search words in forums to find the answer.
Come on you whiz's out there, I know you're there... can you tell me?

You're going to get into editing the Registry in order to do this so proceed with caution and do a Registry backup before you begin.
