SCSI device not started in NT4
Hi
After a routine restart of a Compaq presario 1600 server NT is now failing to start the SCSI controller. Within SCSI devices, it is listed, yet has (Not Started) beside it. The controller is seen at boot up, and the Tape drive on the SCSI bus is seen at boot, but when NT starts it looses it. I tried to start it manually within devices but NT errors stating it isn't active in this hardware profile, yet there is only one hardware profile, the default one. Anyone any ideas on what the problem is and maybe even a solution. Thanks verily |
