Rearrange order of open programs on taskbar?
Does anyone know of a free piece of software that will allow me to change the order of open programs along my taskbar in Windows XP?

Dragging and dropping them would be lovely.

I am told there are power tools to do similar things...can anyone point me in the right location for one?
