Broken XP Disc

I have a computer with XP Pro on it (OEM) from newegg. After a few years I have decided that I need to reformat the computer to wipe off all the crap I have saved on it. Upon putting in my XP pro disk, it will not load to boot. Looks like too many scratches and things. Is there any way I can find just the media for OEM pro and not the key? Thanks

You can legally use a friends disc, as long you use your key when prompted.
