Kind of slow coming out of stand by...
My laptop goes into standby blazzingly fast, but its kinda slow to come out of it... is there anyway to speed that up? anything i can do aside from defragmenting, removing spyware, etc.?

Posting info about the notebook might help.
How slow is slow? Ar we talking 30 seconds or fifteen minutes?

Have you tried to see if disabling your network devices (wifi/LAN/BT) makes any effect on resumption from standby?
Do you have your laptop going to the welcome screen after standby or to the desktop? If you have it go to the welcome screen then it should be slower than going back to the desktop. |
