Can't login to Windows at certain times - software.

Hey guys;

Here's the deal I am looking for software (either in Windows or Free) to use on the young'en computers, to force logoff and not allow login at certain hours (eg; 23:00 - 06:00), I know this is possbile on Windows Server, however these machines logon locally, there will be two users (kids user - time limited) and an Admin (for me). I would like the times to be different in weekdays and weekends. This way the kids can't stay up late on school days. :P

Thanks
