Outlook message and address book recovery

Not outlook express.
I know how to recover messages and wab from OE but how do I get them from Outlook 2003?
The machine is not bootable i have to recover them from the hard drive slaved.

All info is stored in .pst files..

The default is "outlook.pst" and you may find some other .pst files - archives and backups.

Ok I cant seem to find it but I know why.
The Folder it is under is secured folder, I cant get access to it.
It is under Documents and Settings\Claudia However Claudia must have secured her files and made them private since she is the computer admin.
Anything I can do to get into the Claudia folder?
