XP Installation from USB
Hi,
I have a Compaq Presario 1503AP Notebook and the CD Drive is not working. I have an external CDRW Drive. XP is still bootable and working but i need to reinstall OS. I have the OS CD that came with the system. Can i boot from my USB CD Drive or how i can i reinstall OS without a CD Drive. I badly need your help guys. Thanks |

Look in the BIOS to see if you have an option to boot off an external source...And or pop in the XP cd and see what happens when you try to boot off it.
