Opreating system installation
have a Compaq computer with no Operating System installed or CD.
I have the Operating System CD that came with my HP. Can I use the OS CD from the HP and install it on the Compaq? |

Leagally Nope...OEM cd's can't be transfered to another pc...The cd is also probably coded to only work on an HP.
