Windows 32 bits or 64 bits?
My OS is Windows XP Media Center Edition Service Pack 2 (build 2600). I get confused when I have to choose programs for either 32 bits or 64 bits, for example the new Desktop Search Bar. How do I find out which is right for me?

If you had a 64bit OS, the full title would say so. Such as "Windows XP Professional x64".
