Repair Install
A stupid question...
Can you do a repair install using a different version of the OS disk? Example: repair Media Center using XP Pro disk, repair XP Pro using XP Home disk, etc. or does the repair need to take it's file structure for the repair from the same version disk as the OS? Thanks, -Kev

Oh, yeah you can use any disk that is the same version. Done that 100 times!
I was just wondering if it was possible with a different version. |
