System restore, Registry backup
With the system restore feature available in XP, is there any need to do a registry backup any more ?

I don't, but it's not a bad idea as SR doesn't always work.

What was system restore designed to do?
Are there any problems that it does well? Are there ant problems that it does not do well? |

Thanks everyone for your replies. It appears that System Restore does infact make a copy of the registry and a lot of other items at different intervals.
