hello guys, I have my system staring very slow and I can not make it to load faster like
before. It is loding windows very slow, like three times slow than before. I try to unistall same of the program that I am not using and clean cukies, run disk clean up and disfragment it. but still working slow, yes at the first time when I start the system. I have been using this system about two yrs. any help please. amd athlon 3200, 1 gig mb of ram, 160 gb hd, wind. xp home. thank in advance.

Back up a minute.
Your computer is now a lot slower than it used to be . Did this happen suddenly or has it been getting steadily slower over time ? If it's the first then you're going to have to scan for malware . If it's the second, slower and slower, in addition to what you've done already run a registry cleaner, like CCleaner : http://www.ccleaner.com/ In both cases you have to check to see what's loading at start up : http://www.aumha.org/a/loads.php
