windows not loading it crashes

my computer shut down in the middle of installation of norton antivirus due to a software call deep freeze its like an antivirus software it said deep freeze will boot in 10 sec and i didnt have time to shut down all my programs,when restarted it ends at the windows xp screen when its loading windows,inmediately,comes a really fast blue screen and it restarts the system again and again,i tried with f8 and none of the modes worked,i dont know how to solve tis problem could someonehelp me please!! my computer its amd windows xp
and if i have to use a boot cd how to do it or windows again how to load it because it doesnt show on f8 root c: or ms dos mode
deep freeze its a software to erase all information that you record on your pc on every start up it erases everithing but it was on stand by when i was loading norton antivirus

What kind of computer is this? Home built or name brand?

You can't boot into Safe Mode at all?

Do you have another working computer that you can put the hard drive from your problem computer into? If you do, put the hard drive from the problem computer into the working computer and do a virus scan and a malware scan.

Sounds like that the Deep Freeze program doesn't like Norton.

its a home built computer and it makes the same thing with f8 safe mode starts loading windows xp and it reboots again
