media center

Hi. I installed a new graphics card--Nvidia GeForce FX 256MB PCI--and it is working alright. Unfortunately when I transfer MCE over to the tv via s-video cable and use full screen, the mouse will not work on the desktop. I am using dualview so I use the desktop for surfing and the tv for watching videos. For the life of me I cannot transfer the mouse back to the desktop. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Any help will be appreciated.
