Anyone know Unofficial Win98se Update Pack?

Anyone familiar with this labor of love: http://exuberant.ms11.net/98sesp.html
There seems to be a great interest and lots of work into keeping Windows98SE alive.
I found this project site offering free unofficial windows98se Update Pack +more.
Perhaps some tech savvy folks can take a look and let me know if this is a good alternative to the end of life windows98se and end of support from MS.
The hard drive on my old win98se box crashed, I had to reinstall win98se on a new hard drive, so the search for updates began.

Unofficial Service Pack for Win98se Works!!!

Anyone having to reinstall Windows98se or wanting to can go ahead without worrying about getting all the subsequent Windows Updates Yehhh! I got them Free at the this website and there is a current supporting forum for windows98SE, ME, 2000, its a Great Free resource for supporting software. http://exuberant.ms11.net/98sesp.html
I downloaded the SESP21a-en, scanned it and let it sit on my desktop for a couple of days afraid to install it, but I had a few freeze and missing .DLL errors, plus trouble installing Spy Blaster because w/o updates to win98se ver of Visual Basic is older than the needed 'Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 run-time'.
I am burning this baby onto my Win98se Tools.
