How do I enable standby in Windows XP Home? I have Phoenix-Award BIOS v.6.00.
Please help?

In the Control Panel > Power Options > Do you have a tab for Advanced Power Management (APM) ? If so go in there and check the box to enable APM support. If you dont have the tab, then you likely need to enable power management from your BIOS or need to upgrade your BIOS. Also keep in mind that sometimes motherboards have jumpers that you need to short in order to select your standby option.
