cannot shade a folder from 2003 SBS server

I mapped a "program files" folder in a data drive on my server, separate from my OS drive. The software is in this folder and I point my clients to this software. However, after restarting a client, it asks to enter a username and password for the server, so for now I've been using administrator and thats all the users I setup. I setup a workgroup for my office and not by user right now. Any suggestions so that I can keep the mapped folder without asking for user and pass each time?

i made sure the "reconnect at login" is checked, and the folder has full control for "everyone" in security.
