Hijack problem?

I just started having an issue with our PC. I think it might be hijacked. When you put the cursor on the standard toolbar, it just cycles over every option on the toolbar (File Edit New Favorites...etc.) It does it on every screen, even in Office. I found that if you hold down the ALT button and then select the toolbar item and scroll down with the cursor, you can select the function you need. Also, when you try to double-click an item, it won't do any thing. You either have to right-click and then select open. That doesn't always work. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Angry Hijacck scans

Hi:

Sorry I haven't responded, I was out of town.

Yes, I did mutliple scan with numerous products.
Here is small list of the products I tried:
Norton Antivirus
Spybot S & D
Adaware
Housecall
Killbox
Qoofix
Vundofix
Combofix
SmitFraud
DrWeb
ATF-Cleaner
GMER
AVGas

I still have the same issue.

I can't select any button, it just flashes. I can select the button, if I hold down the ALT key and double-click, it works (sometimes). It is also automatically opening folders and not allowing some folders to be opened.

Thanks.

Have you installed any, or updated/ upgraded any software recently? Just for example I recent ly (last weekend) upgraded a piece of software on this system and it's been goofy since, including weird keyboard problems. If you have, try a restore point, as I will be trying this weekend, to see if it fixes the problem.
