Missing File
When my PC starts up I am getting an error on boot that the following file is missing "WINIWE32.DLL" does anyone know what this file is for?

That file smells like malware, I suggest posting a thread in the System Security and Privacy Forum. Please make sure you read the stickies first before starting a thread
