Windows Media Player Problem

I have built this computer and everything else seem to be workin fine except for when i try to open windows media player it tell me application failed because file MSVFW32.dll was not found and then tells me to reinstall i did tat and upgraded to new windows media player and still doesnt work get same error.

so does anybody know how to fix this so i can use it lol?

EDIT: Sorry , just noticed that is for Win 98!!!
