Date when Windows Update was installed on computer?

Does anyone know how you can find windows updates that were added to your computer and the date that they were installed?

Thanks.

If your running XP just go into control panel, add/remove programs and click show updates. This will list all the updates and when they were installed.

Hope That Helps
