Can you get rid of this for me?

Don't know how i did this ,but these two windows keep popping up when i first boot up. can you help? Thanks

If you installed StartUpFaster, uninstall it. If you didn't... you probably got bit with something. The program file is: StrpFstCfg.exe. Run the usual malware checks and antivirus scans and you may need to run HiJackThis.

Now I found all this with Spybot. Does this look legit to you? I don't feel I should delete this. What's your opinion?

They look OK, but I"m not an expert on that. My question would be to make sure you're using other items like AV, Firewall, etc.
