transferring contacts and messages in Outlook 2007

Hello
I bought a new computer and would like to transfer my messages and contacts from my old computer on to my new one. Both have Outlook 2007 installed. I have them networked if that helps

If its like all other versions...You'd copy the pst files to the new pc and then File->Import.

Thanks for th reply but...

I can't seem to find the PST files. I tried copying the entire Outlook file and pasting it over the new computers Outlook but that didn't work

I went to App folder and opened Microsoft's folder to access the outlook folder

This is from the old computer

Ps. also found an ADR CSV file in Microsoft folder as well as my address book (.wab files)

OK I was able to get my address book now I just need to bring my messages over to the new computer. Anyone??

Flie--> Export export your inbox to a pst file and save it in the location of your choice, copy the file to the new PC and then import it into Outlook 2007.

Thanks for the reply. I couldn't paste it into the folder so I renamed the old file then transferred it, deleted the old file and then renamed the original. All is good
