Computer acting weird

So I have a computer with Windows XP Pro.
Its just started acting up. Like the shutdown button would restart the computer.
I dont know why.

And my computer just randomly started acting like a networked computer on like a school network. My computer now pops up a log in window when i start my computer up even though I dont have a password. and when I go to shut down my computer it not the normal little box with 3 buttons which are shutdown, restart, hibernate. Now it gives me a network box with a pull down menu options.

here is a screen shot of when i go to shutdown my comp.
http://s32.photobucket.com/albums/d9...t=Shutdown.jpg

and also when i press ctrl+alt+Delete it doesnt go to the task manager, it goes to a box with a whole bunch of options such as lock comp, shut down, restart, log off, task manager.

So I did a repair install of windows and it fixed the shutdown button restarting the comp but not the other things.

How do I fix all this back to normal?????

Please help
Thanks

What kind of computer is this? Home built or name brand?

What are the complete system specs? List the parts by brand and model including the power supply.

Do you scan your computer regularly for viruses and malware?

Did install anything new prior to this happening? Hardware or software.

Go to start -> Control Panel -> User accounts

Click "Change the way users log on or off." Enable the welcome screen, and enable fast user switching.

That should change some of what you described.
