Starting a Screensaver via Batch Files

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew the command to start a screen saver using a batch file. I am attempting to make a file that will start the screen saver and lock the screen. I have the lock screen command already, I was wondering about the screen saver aspect of it?

Thank you,
