Windows Sound Program?
Does anyone know what program or process is responsible for the sounds that are played by Windows in general? I just got this driver for my audio interface and I need to manually add all programs that can use it as a sound card..

Shouldn't need to manually add things to the sound card. In Control Panel/Sounds and Audio Devices/Audio and select the device of your choice as default.

It's not actually a sound card, but a recording interface... I have to use a special driver to use it as a soundcard as well so I can get rid of my analog mixer... this is why I ask what is responsible for playing the general OS sounds so I can add it to the driver.
