Heard of Vista XP software?

Has anyone heard of the software "Vista XP" by winuxpc_usa. I saw it on ebay while looking at windows operating systems. It says that you get the look and feel of Vista on XP operating systems for 24.99, so I was wondering if anyone has heard of it or tried it and if they have how did it work, thanks.

Here is what they say about Vista:

Well, you had better be sure that you: -Have at least 2GB of RAM -Have a video card with at least 256MB of RAM -Don't have a need for driver support -Don't mind paying $635 or more -Don't mind being at the mercy of Microsoft to fix these issues

Only the last thing is somewhat true. So if they aren't be truthful about Vista what reason do they have to be truthful about VistaXP.

Don't waste your money.

Thanks Force Flow. I downloaded the vista transformation pack and it really looks great and for free, you can't beat that.
