DirectX Install Problem

All my games start with a missing dll. the few that load up go black after ten minutes and freeze. One game loads up in open gl everytime and wont let me config.

Directx 9 wont install, It goes through the process and says complete. Go to dxdiag 8.1 is loaded up? I run the diag no errors?

I ried a bunch of different versions and a few directx uninstallers but you have to buy them for them to work and the program wont completly rollback to 8.1. So im thinking theres a mix of different directx files.

I been searching forums for the last few days looking for a solution or someone with the same problem.

anything from dr3d.exe to binkw32, xinput_13,
It varys with game, whats weird is I installed The New Driver Parrel Lines wich require 9.c and I played for a about 1/2 hour with no problems, then I tried G.r.a.w missing dll, try Full Spectrum warrior plays for ten minutes and freezes.
I deleted the whole directx folder and its still there.
Im getting a explorer error now too randomly.

Im downloading the updates and sp packs now for a quick install.
