I did a stupid thing
I have an old laptop Windows 98 1st ed with Microsoft Word.
About a year ago I couldn't access Word and I couldn't find any of the CDs that originally came with it. I installed a newer version of MS Word (2002 version I believe) and it slowed my computer down considerably. I didn't read the system requirements. Anyway, right now my old laptop is slowly dying. I have been slowly getting my old documents out of Word and pasting onto google documents. For some reason I cannot upload them from my computer. This is a minor setback- if they will not upload I can resort to this method. My new computer will have Word installed (vista) My question- When I want to retrieve these documents and save them on my new computer will there be a problem? |
