Question Starting/stopping services

In a recent PC Mech tip that discussed scheduling services to run when you weren't on your PC, DR says to make a batch file as follows: "Create a new text file called “Folding-Start.bat” with the line: net start folding-service-name.
The "net start folding-service-name" is in italics so I dont know really what to put there. I tried a verbatim line and altho the batch file runs on time, nothing happens.
The line in my services file for folding at home is "FAH@E:+FAH+FAH504-console.exe"
So should that whole line be in there in place of "folding-service-name"?
