How to prevent XP user screen in standby mode?

My pc is running 24/7. And so far only the monitor will shut down after 15mins. But when I come back to the pc, the screen which greets me is the user profile screen (that blue screen with squre icons). I have made another user account, but before this the screen never went into the user profile icon to choose which user operating thepc. How to prevent going to that screen?
Thank you

Try the group policy editor: START > RUN > gpedit.msc
Local Computer Policy > User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Power Management >
Make sure that Prompt for password on Resume / Suspend to Not Configured.
