My whole window seems to be stretched out...
Like my desktop is in a different font and it seems to be stretched out..and also when I open like my internet explorer..the fonts changed..and it seems to be stretched out as well.

Right click on a open area of the desktop go to properties and settings. What is the current resolution?

Those numbers would looked stretched for sure...Try different settings.
