security problem of sites

I have been regularly using a cyber cafe but recently they had blocked some keywords which had direct or in-direct adult content meaning, but the issue is I had my blog with few of such keywords but no such content, this system is not permitting me to enter the site & rather it is closing down all of my browsers, plz let me know a possible solution so that I can bypass this restriction by the administrator account.

That's a no-no here. Please read the forum rules. You need to use a PC that is not being restricted by its owner.
