Cannot Remove Item From Startup List.

I have removed AVG7 using normal method but i cannot get rid of this startup item. ScreenHunter_1.jpg
Tried Regseeker, Regedit but item comes back again after delete, any suggestions please?

Click on Start->Run and type msconfig and see if its there with a check mark.

Tried removing tick in msconfig startup list and deleting in hijack but it comes straight back in on rerun of both.

Bring up task manager. Do you see anything that starts with AVG running?

Cannot see anything to do with AVG or associated.

Reinstall AVG, then uninstall it.
