My pc doesn't like me anymore...
I'm getting very annoyed with my computer and feel like just putting the stupid thing on the side of the road..I formatted and reinstalled windows due to getting random errors with certain programs. It did not like my tune up utilities program, weather eye, win rar or even my avg anti virus.... Anytime I try to open or use any of these , the program crashes.. I even get theses messages. I don't get why I would get these errors still have a clean install..

Test your RAM with Memtest86+.
Visually inspect the capacitors on the motherboard for leaking or bulging. Replace your power supply with something better...Codegen power supplies are rubbish and could be supplying your computer with dirty power. Cricket

I replaced my power supply already. I found out when i installed the new one, that there was really nothing wrong I think with the other one. The plugs where just slightly to small to plug into IDE devices. The new one fits snugly and I have yet had a single power loss to any IDE device. I'm currently in safe mode right now and the problem programs are opening and not giving me errors. I'm downloading updates for Spybot right now as I think maybe now this could be something that has been downloaded before and it got back on the computer from D drive when I installed windows again..

Do as Cricket advised. And check your RAM along with visually inspecting your motherboard.

I don't know how to begin to run this Ram test program, but the Mobo looks fine. Do I burn the ISO to Cd and then boot from the CD ?

To burn an ISO to a CD, you don't just copy it. You open the ISO as an image in your CD burning software and burn it.

I burned the ISO to disc using Alcohol 120%. My ram has passed the test. I also deleted both partitions on my hd and wiped it clean. I then reinstalled windows , loaded some basic drivers and ran a virus scan with Norton. I then started to slowly move my back up back on the new partition I remade and then ran a 2nd virus test. This time I did it online. Ive also ran 2 spyware scans and 1 last virus scan and I came up clean. I was later told Rogers has stopped out Internet due to a virus they had detected. After talking with my roommate , we came to the conclusion this would most likely my computer and thus these random errors. Whatever was on my pc is now gone it seems.
