Outlook Express
My brother uses outlook express to view his e-mails from BT Yahoo mail.
Some of his e-mails go direct to the deleted items folder. Could anyone help with this problem? His address books for BT Yahoo, and Outlook Express have been synchronised using Yahoo synch. Many Thanks Jack |

If he goes on line are the mails in the Inbox or junk mail folder?
Check the Block Sender's list and Message Rules to see if the mailer's address shows up.

Many many thanks, your suggestion has solved the problem.
Somehow, my brother had blocked me from his outlook express. Luckily I am at his house now, and have sorted it with your help. Thanks again Jack |
