How do I get rid of these two windows?
Windows is starting up and Loading personel settings.
Got to be a way right??

I would like to get rid of the 2 windows that pop up at start up.
1 Windows is starting up 2 Loading personnel settings Thanks

option 1: don't turn off the computer.
option 2: turn on the computer but leave the screen off. wait 5 minutes then turn on screen. option 3: http://www.geocities.com/thejjoelc/XPbootcolors.html
